Madzibaba Moses Lloyd Gwasira of the Johanne Masowe eChishanu and a member of the Vapostori for Economic Development (Vapostori4ED) group prophesied that Zimbabwe is guaranteed of prosperity under the leadership of President Emmerson Mnangagwa and the Second Republic.

In his address to congregants in Checheche yesterday, Madzibaba Gwasira assured ZANU PF party delegates who were present that the church was fully behind President Mnangagwa’s Government and will stop at nothing to support the fulfilment of Vision 2030.

“The church is fully behind the Government and it is our duty to pray for the country and its leadership. Government is there to serve the people and as the churches that command huge followings, it is important that we actively participate in development programmes.

“This is a sign of patriotism and we will play our part in supporting the fulfilment of Vision 2030. Through prayers, we can succeed in all we do as a country and Zimbabwe is moving forward under President Mnangagwa,” said Madzibaba Gwasira.

Speaking at the same gathering, ZANU PF Chipinge South Member of Parliament (MP) Enock Porusingazi applauded the Johanne Masowe eChishanu Church, in particular Vapostori4ED, for their unwavering support for the ruling party.

“The church’s support for Government is commendable. As your Member of Parliament, I will ensure that you also benefit from the Presidential Inputs programmes. The country needs your prayers in good and bad times for it to continue prospering”, said Cde Porusingazi.

Vapostori4ED is an Economic Development lobby group which thrives to empower members of the Johanne Masowe eChishanu sect whilst also making sure that they remain patriotic and supportive of their Government.
