Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF) will be hosting the ZITF Innovators Forum in Bulawayo at its ZITF stand from 25 to 27 April 2019. The event is meant for young entrepreneurs to meet and share information and ideas on spearheading local innovations.
On its Facebook page, ZITF said the Innovators Forum event would promote youths through bringing them together to exchange knowledge.
“ZITF Innovators Forum is an event meant to promote and empower young entrepreneurs by bringing them together to highlight local innovations, network and exchange knowledge,” said the Trade Fair Company.
The Trade Fair Company also said a similar event last year was successful and this had resulted in its continuation this year. The theme for this year’s event shall be Innovation: The engine to Industrial and Economic Growth.
“Following the positive reception and successful launch of the Innovators Forum in 2018, the ZITF Company will be hosting the second edition of the Innovators Forum independently from the Scholastica banner. This year’s Forum will also focus on innovations in and around ICT. The event will be running under the theme, Innovation: The engine to Industrial and Economic Growth,” said ZITF.
Harare Post has learnt that the Innovators Forum is going to be open to all young innovators and enthusiasts who have ground breaking and innovative projects in Agriculture and Industrial Technology.
