MDC Vice Chairperson and Member of Parliament, Job Sikhala was involved in a terrible car accident on Christmas day along the Harare – Masvingo highway with eyewitness accusing the opposition legislator of reckless driving.

Eye witnesses who spoke to the publication also revealed that Sikhala was in the company of young girls who were quickly whisked away from the scene before the police and reporters arrived at the accident scene.

The eyewitness who refused to be identified said, “The driver of the silver car (Sikhala) was over speeding and driving recklessly. He caused the accident as he encroached the oncoming vehicle lane thereby resulting in the head on collision.

“After seeing what had happened, the driver (Sikhala) immediately called some people who quickly came to the scene and took the girls that he was with. I am guessing it was a beer binging spree that ended badly.” He said.

The reports that Sikhala was beer binging with young girls confirms media rumours which circulated that Sikhala is a womaniser in which he vehemently refuted during an interview with The Standard soon after his appointment as Vice Chair of the MDC and questioned that, “It’s Not A Crime That I’m Handsome.”
