The Member of Parliament for Mazowe West and Minister of Home Affairs and Cultural Heritage, Honourable Kazembe Kazembe, has recently donated motorbikes to the Ceaser Police Post in Ward 24 in a move to enhance security and combat crime in his constituency.

This donation aims to address the escalating crime issues faced by local farmers, including cattle rustling and theft of irrigation pipes.

The initiative comes in response to growing concerns from farmers in the area who have been victims of various crimes.

The donated motorbikes are expected to boost the police's capability to patrol more extensively and respond promptly to crime scenes, particularly in areas with challenging terrain.

Speaking to this publication, Minister Kazembe highlighted the importance of this donation in improving law enforcement efficiency.

“This donation will go a long way in assisting the police, not only in patrolling the areas but also in reacting timeously to reports or crime scenes. Motorbikes are economical and can navigate through difficult terrain, making them ideal for this purpose,” said Honourable Kazembe.

Residents of Mazowe West have expressed their gratitude towards Honourable Kazembe for his continued dedication to improving the constituency.

Many residents commended his proactive approach in addressing local issues and enhancing community welfare.

One local farmer, John Mudzimu, praised the MP for his consistent efforts in the area.

 "Honourable Kazembe has always been on the ground, listening to our problems and finding practical solutions. The donation of these motorbikes is just one example of his commitment to our safety and well-being. We are truly grateful for his support," said Mudzimu.

Another resident, Grace Mupanduki, echoed similar sentiments.

"Minister Kazembe's hard work is evident in the various development activities we see around us. The establishment of the e-passport office in Mazowe and other essential services are a testament to his dedication. We appreciate everything he is doing to uplift our community," she said.
