Citizens have rebuked Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) leader Nelson Chamisa’s strategy of mobilizing voters through social media which does not provide a platform to deliver tangible promises that improve people’s lives and livelihoods.
This was in response to Chamisa`s recent tweet on the victory of the incoming Kenya’s President-elect, William Ruto.
On his Twitter handle, Chokwadi Chizere came short of declaring Chamisa a virtual president for life, who will only go as far as posting his signature hash tags for likes and retweets with no tangible results.
“At 77 years, Nelson Chamisa will still be where he is today, tweeting his signature hash tags #Godisinit and #fakapressure. The main reason being he is all talk, all bluster! His fawning cheerleading band will still be happily waving their pom poms, with most by then being grand dads and moms. I feel for them,” said Chizere.
Another netizen only identified as Nehoreka acknowledged Zimbabweans for realizing that Chamisa is all talk on social media with no action.
“Ayaas Zimbabweans have no chill, so #Facebook, Chokwadi Chizere says Chamisa will reach 77 years tweeting hashtags such as #Godisinit and #fakapressure and of course his cheerleaders (mazizi) will be happily waving vachidaro havo. It is sad when people start seeing this, kapera,” posted Nehoreka.
Meanwhile, the Second Republic under the leadership of President Emmerson Mnangagwa continues to embark on people-centered projects in all the ten provinces in the country so as to retain its voters ahead of the 2023 General elections. ZANU PF is targeting the 5 million vote margin in 2023 elections, which it will surely attain following developments it has done across all sectors.
Government has upgraded the public health system and it has seen older hospitals refurbished, new wards opened. To date the Government of President Mnangagwa is in the process of building 32 new hospitals, and the first eight of them have been completed and are operational. Government is also spearheading road construction countrywide under the Emergency Road Rehabilitation Programme as enunciated in the National Development Strategy 1 (NDS1).
The people-centered projects under the leadership of President Mnangagwa are in line with the Second Republic’s vision of transforming Zimbabwe into an upper middle income society by 2030.
