SADC health ministers have resolved to suspend face-to-face regional meetings until such a time when COVID-19 has been contained, at the emergence meeting held in Tanzania on the 9th of March.

Rwanda has confirmed that President Paul Kagame will attend the East African Community Heads of State Summit on Friday, erasing doubts that he would skip and opt to mark Heroes Day celebrations in his country.

African Ministers and delegates at the Programme for Infrastructure Development in Africa (PIDA) have concluded that in order to accelerate solutions to Africa’s infrastructure gaps, they must be taken seriously if Africa is to realise the aspirations of its people as enshrined in the continent’s blueprint for development, Agenda 2063 and the global agenda for sustainable development.
