Following a deluge of complaints from party members that the MDC leader, Nelson Chamisa was unmoved by the arrests of party activists, the under fire opposition leader has finally condemned the alleged abductions and arrests of that party’s national chairperson, Tabitha Khumalo and organising secretary, Amos Chibaya.

MDC National Chairperson, Tabitha Khumalo has fired salvos at her party leader, Nelson Chamisa, accusing him of being egocentric after failing to visit or enquire about her and other detained activist’s welfare following their incarceration on 17 August 2019 for mobilising and partaking in an illegal demonstration.

Zanu-PF has once again warned the opposition MDC for their intention to roll out a series of demonstrations in small towns and growth points which are the ruling party`s strong holds, in their quest to overthrow President Emmerson Mnangagwa`s legitimate government.
