as his delays to the venue drive them to bribe the police

Citizens Coalition for Change leader Nelson Chamisa has been lambasted by members of his campaign organisers for his untimeliness as they came face to face with the crime of bribery while trying to bribe members of the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) in an effort to solicit for an extension of time until their leader arrived at Seke, Madamombe grounds, where he was supposed to address a gathering.
Speaking to this publication, a member of the ZRP revealed that CCC campaign organisers tried to bribe their way into an extension of time as they awaited Chamisa to arrive.
"We almost arrested the members of the CCC as they tried to rope us into their criminal activities. They tried to bribe us into extending their rally time beyond what was booked.
"Apparently Chamisa was late for the meeting, and the supporters who had gathered began to agitate, saying they were mobilised for a non-event rally where Chamisa failed to show up and address them. It was then that the organising party began to approach us for an extension of time, hoping Chamisa would come and say a few remarks to appease the angry crowds," said the member of the ZRP who preferred anonymity.
Meanwhile, the gathered CCC supporters from Seke began to disperse, showing annoyance at the pride that was exhibited by Chamisa.
"How can we vote for a person who has no regard for our time? We left our personal chores to attend this rally, and he doesn’t show up. This situation would not happen in Zanu PF. We see and hear President Emmerson Mnangagwa addressing crowds after crowds until his voice is hoarse, but he has not stood his supporters up. One wonders what Chamisa would be like if he were to ever become President," roared one of the supporters.
The CCC party continues to show its disregard for people, only calling on them to vote for that party and its leaders, yet after that, the leaders forget about the people and the promises made, such as sewer, water, and uncollected garbage.
