Dr Mavetera further underscored the critical role of robust digital infrastructure in economic development.

“Without a strong digital infrastructure, there is no economy to speak of. Our Ministry will continue to identify, promote, and implement policies and solutions that bridge the digital divide and improve the livelihoods of our people,” she affirmed.

Mr Saadi highlighted the delegation's commitment to ensuring the sovereignty of Zimbabwe's digital data.

"Our priority is to help Zimbabwe achieve digital sovereignty, where all data generated within the country stays in the country. We believe this is crucial for national security and economic development. We are here to listen and learn, our goal is to develop customized digital solutions that will benefit all Zimbabweans," Saadi stated.

Dr Chirume expressed optimism about the potential outcomes of this collaboration.
