The Minister of Lands, Agriculture, Water and Rural Resettlement, Dr Anxious Jongwe Masuka has today announced that President Emmerson Mnangagwa has appointed new boards for the Agricultural Rural Development Authority (ARDA) and the Cotton Company of Zimbabwe (Cottco).
