"The Government, under the Second Republic, has done a lot to ensure youth empowerment by enhancing access to finance for the youths through the Empower Bank. Therefore, as the youths we applaud our Government for realising that only Zimbabweans can rescue our nation from the shackles of the illegally imposed sanctions. Through the Nyika Inovakwa Nevene Vayo mantra, the country has managed to soldier-on despite efforts by the West to bring it down,” said Moyo.

The irrigation scheme has empowered them to fight the effects of the illegal sanctions with over 220 families now being food secure," said Muchenje.
