President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s tide continues to surge as its ripple effects will be felt in Masvingo Province on Friday, where he is expected to address thousands of ZANU PF supporters at Mucheke stadium.
As part of his Provincial tours itinerary, President Mnangagwa will tour Mashava Mine and Cold Storage Company (CSC).
Speaking to the Harare Post, ZANU PF Provincial Youth Chairperson, Brian Munyoro, spoke at length about efforts by the League to mobilise the seven districts ahead of the President’s visit.
“People are coming in their large numbers from the seven districts to attend the President’s rally at Mucheke Stadium tomorrow. Party supporters are in full swing on the ground, working frantically to mobilise people,” said Munyoro.
Munyoro alluded that youths were geared to benefit immensely from the visit as it is set to breathe new life into Mashava Mine and CSC.
“The youths are very jubilant and expectant as the President’s visit is also set to explore measures to create employment for the youths through the reinvigoration of Mashava Mine and resuscitation of CSC,” said Munyoro.
He also reiterated the League’s appreciation of President Mnangagwa’s unquestionable efforts to turnaround the economy and improve the livelihoods of ordinary Zimbabweans.
