Johanne the 5th of Africa International Church pledges support to President Mnangagwa

Johanne the 5th of Africa International Church has pledged its support for President Emmerson Mnangagwa in the upcoming 2023 Harmonised General elections.

Speaking during their conference ‘Musangano Wepagore’ in Mvuma today Archibishop Makururu who is the founder of the church said his congregants stand ready to vote for President Mnangagwa in the upcoming elections.

“Let me say muvengi tinaye asi tamukunda (our enemy is with us but we have conquered  him). Allow me to refer to you as baba venyika baba vemasangano ese muZimbabwe. All my congregants will vote for you. You will stay put on the throne until the physical coming of Jesus.

“We are going to spend 3 more days praying for you. The spirit came to me in 2017 that President Mnangagwa was going to win the elections and he did, this year l had the same message and so shall it be. What has been bound on heaven has been bound on earth,” said the Archibishop.

Archibishop Makururu  remarked that they were going to stand behind President Mnangagwa because as a church they wanted to see more development within the country.

“Tinoda kudzosera  VaMnangagwa pachinzvimbo maroad apedziswe, zvipatara zvipere. Akuna muvengi achatonga nyika yemuZimbabwe, chimbotiregai tifambe naVaMnangagwa. I say to all who doubt the Second Republic's  achievements, they have done great works, “ said Archibishop  Makururu.

Futhermore, the national chairperson of Johane the 5th of Africa International church Madzibaba Entourage testified to Makururu’s prophecy assuring President Mnangagwa of a definite win.

Meanwhile, President Mnangagwa  pledged to give all churches access to operate in the country, regardless of their size or denomination. In addition to giving all churches access to operate, Mnangagwa also pledged to provide them with support in the form of land, funding, and training.
