Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) interim organising secretary, Amos Chibaya has been caught in a love triangle involving that party’s Nketa aspiring legislator,
Memory Makasi and one Lovemore Gono.
A source who spoke to this publication said that Chibaya was in an illicit affair with Makasi and was in support of her candidature in Nketa.
“Chibaya is having an affair with Makasi. Their illicit affair started in 2021 and they have been sleeping together in several Gweru lodges. Chibaya is now pushing for Makasi’s candidature in Nketa and is conniving with Nelson Chamisa to have the sitting Nketa legislator, Phelela Masuku disqualified to pave an easy way for his girlfriend,” said the source.
The same source added that Makasi was also in a love affair with another CCC Bulawayo youth only identified as Gono.
According to the source, Gono is a married man and has not been supporting his family opting to spoil Makasi instead.
“Ironically, Makasi is also in an affair with Gono. Gono is an active Bulawayo youth and he has since neglected his family opting to spend more time with Makasi. I don’t know if Chibaya knows that he is sharing the same girlfriend with Moyo,” added the source.
The same source added that it was not only Chibaya who was having illicit affairs within that party. CCC Pumula legislator, Sichelesile Mahlangu was also at the centre of a love triangle that has left the people of that constituency awe-struck.
Mahlangu was reportedly cheating on her husband with one George Mukahanana, who is almost ten years younger than her.
“The MP (Mahlangu) is cheating on her husband with a Ben 10 called George Mukahanana. Mukahanana is a CCC member who drives a bus that belongs to one of his brothers. Mahlangu and Mukahanana have been seen in various lodges in Bulawayo enjoying themselves,” said the source.
The source added that Mahlangu and Mukahanana’s illicit affair was now the talk of Pumula constituency and CCC members in that constituency were now ashamed to associate themselves with a promiscuous legislator.
Efforts to get a comment from Chibaya and Mahlangu were futile as their mobile phones were not reachable.
