PRESIDENT Mnangagwa has started his three week annual vacation leave which runs until the end of January.
Acting Chief Secretary Mr George Charamba said the two vice Presidents, General (Rtd) Dr.C.G.D.N Chiwenga and Colonel (Rtd) K.C.D Mohadi will take turns to act in his place starting with Vice President Chiwenga.
Unlike his predecessor who usually flew out for his annual holidays, President Mnangagwa will spend his vacation leave in the country.
The decision by His Excellency to embark on his annual leave has put to rest wild speculations that the President is yet to go on annual leave for fear of an uprising against him.
