Government will soon hold an exhibition in support of Youth in Agriculture, The Harare Post can report.
The Ministry of Lands, Agriculture, Water and Rural Resettlement will hold the Joint Ministry and Stakeholders Exhibition this month in support of Youth in Agriculture, said the Ministry of Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services on its Twitter handle.
“The Ministry of Lands, Agriculture, Water and Rural Resettlement will hold an exhibition on 11 December 2019, supporting Youth in Agriculture. A well attended planning meeting was held yesterday with seed companies, Government and NGOs present. Capacity building is the thrust for young farmers,” the Ministry tweeted.
Youths from across the country are expected to grace the Zanu PF Headquarters where they are going to be addressed by President Emmerson Mnangagwa amongst other various stakeholders exhibiting during the day.
Recently during a War Collaborators’ meeting held in Harare, President Mnangagwa said the land reform was here to stay and that “it will never, never again happen that we will be separated from our land.”
The words by the President are a guarantee that Youths involvement in Agriculture is a lifetime guaranteed employment opportunity.
