The USA President, Donald Trump has been fingered in a federal income tax evasion storm, the Harare Post has learnt.

Harare Post learnt, Investigations by The New York Times reveal that in 2016 during Trumps presidential campaign and during his first term of office, Trump paid a mere $750 in federal income tax. 

Moreover, the expose reveal that over the past 15 years, Trump’s business empire suffered devastating losses and in the process evaded tax for the majority of 10 years.

Contrary to these revelations, Trump remains adamant he has been paying his dues and dismissed these revelations as fake news.

“Actually I have paid tax. You will see that as soon as my tax returns- it’s under audit, they have been under audit for a long time,” he said.

Trump is in the first in the history of American presidents to come under fire for refusing to share documents concerning his fortune and business.

What is shocking is that the obviously immoral Trump administration is on record preaching the gospel of transparency and good governance to other countries contrary to its practice.

Zimbabwe has been reeling under decades of illegally imposed sanctions by Britain and America and is accused of corruption and mal- administration, yet the saints are themselves not devoid of blemish.
