New service delivery blueprint receives high praise from analysts

The newly unveiled service delivery blueprint, designed to enhance the efficiency of local authorities, is receiving high commendation from industry analysts.This strategic framework is seen as a key instrument in advancing Zimbabwe towards the realisation of its Vision 2030 goal of becoming a middle-income economy.

President Emmerson Mnangagwa is set to spearhead bi-annual review meetings starting next year to evaluate the performance of all local authorities.This initiative is a direct response to the recent decline in service delivery across towns and cities.The blueprint provides comprehensive guidelines expected to be adopted by these authorities, aligning their operations with the nation's aspirations.
